About the role:
In this role, you will report to the CEO and work with the broader management team to develop, implement and monitor agreed quality systems that improve service provision to clients whilst meeting legislative and compliance requirements. In addition, you will coordinate the client intake process and oversee the annual support plan meetings.
- Lead in support plan meetings with stakeholders, members of the team, participants, and families
- Use a client management system to prepare and conduct scheduled audits
- Review and implement NDIS policies and implement them according to scheduled reviews
- Onboard new clients and manage ongoing client inquiries
- Liaise with internal staff, participants, and their families in order to provide best-practice service delivery
- Refer participants to other services where necessary
- 2+ years experience in the NDIS space with knowledge of practice and quality standards
- Strong written and verbal skills, and high attention to detail
- An organised individual with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Experience using a client management system as well as Microsoft suite
- An interest to learn about the NDIS Quality and Compliance space
