You'll speak to clients, their families, and their support people on a daily basis, answering questions about how our services can help them. You'll visit our sites to show potential clients around, you'll work closely with our client services to make sure Unisson is the right fit, and you'll help make the transition process as smooth as possible for everyone involved. Some of your responsibilities include: Attending expos and events as a Unisson rep. Building and fostering client and industry relationships Entering and managing enquiries through to conversion and transition process Meeting enquirers at various sites to offer them a first-hand look at what we have to offer. Regular meetings with service team leaders and managers to keep on top of availabilities and changes. Keeping up to date with NDIS changes regarding funding, approval processes and documentation requirements. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: We're looking for someone with great communication skills, and a drive to find the solution for every problem! We'd love to meet people for this role with: Previous sales experience and customer service skills Strong and verbal communication skills - enquiries will come via the phone, email, events and online. Excellent organisational and time management skills, including attention to detail. The ability to work effectively with a team and autonomously.
