Atelier Wealth now seeks a CX Administrator to continue to drive this process and make it all happen. This high-tempo role combines front-line service with administration and is geared to educate and enhance the Client Experience.
Your prime focus will be to create and maintain excellent relationships with clients and interact with lenders and other third parties, such as solicitors, conveyancers, real estate agents, and buyers' agents. You work closely with lenders to escalate urgent loans and ensure clients receive priority service.
This role will suit someone as passionate about excellence in service and precise documentation as Atelier Wealth. A polished professional who is meticulous, reliable, consistent, and tested in a similar consumer-orientated environment. A brand ambassador, you are a friendly, positive person who naturally connects and can explain complex information with care and empathy.
