About the Role:
Say goodbye to the headache of tiered support systems. As our frontline ambassador, you'll be the direct point of contact for our clients, guiding them from initial inquiry to resolution with a personal touch. With our team supporting you as needed, you'll build relationships with clients, ensuring their systems run seamlessly as if we're an extension of their team. Regular client visits are part of the role, so a vehicle and license are a must.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous MSP experience, with a focus on hands-on troubleshooting and support.
- Proficiency in networking technologies such as VLANs, routers, firewalls, domains, DNS, and DHCP.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft and Apple hardware and software, including Azure and the Microsoft 365 Suite.
- Experience with VOIP systems (preferably 3CX) and client end-user device support.
- Familiarity with PSA/client management tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with effective time management.
