Purpose of the role
The Client Liaison Officer/Counsellor implements the strategic business plan for international student recruitment with Vietnamese nationality.
Additionally, CLO will make suggestions to the Admissions Lead to best cater services to international students.
§ Provide consultation to existing and prospective clients to "close the sale".
§ Prepare and monitor students’ applications and maintain an updated application record.
§ Ensure the regular data entry (student record) in the system (CRM) and verify the data for quality conversion of lead.
§ Coordinate day-to-day business communication with partner institutions (universities, colleges, insurance providers, etc.)
§ Liable to maintain the integrity of client’s data and student admission record.
§ Provide enrolment and visa services to the client and record and manage the client’s data.
§ Participate in weekly meetings, taking minutes and sharing with relevant team members as required
§ Represent the organization at business seminars and promotional events.
§ Execution of business policies on behalf of EEVS and its subsidiaries.
§ Implement customer retention strategies.
§ Maintain an active relationship with partner institutions.
§ Contribute to admission projects, reviews, and process improvement activities.
§ Be part of customer-centric high-performance work culture in order to attain a high level of stakeholder engagement.
§ Bachelor’s degree in progress and/or professional certification in education consultation
No previous experience is needed as we will train the right person. Nonetheless, we require a sales-driven person, fast-learner, with capabilities to work apropiately in a professional environment.
