The opportunity
Vacenti is seeking a Full time Client Relations Consultant to join the Sales and Marketing Team at Portofino, Hamilton QLD. Reporting to and working closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager, in this role you will create an exceptional experience for potential and existing clients. This role plays a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our business. This role also assists with the tracking and trending of incoming top line revenue with reference to occupancy and RAD/DAP targets.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Provide information about products, services, and key contact points.
- Facilitate tours for potential residents and their family members.
- Identify opportunities to meet and exceed potential resident’s expectations.
- Act as the main point of contact for inquiries and concerns relating to the new Admissions.
- Communicate regularly with clients through various channels, such as email, phone calls, and meetings.
- Address and resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Gather feedback from clients on their experiences with products or services and use the feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Identify areas for improvement in Client Relations processes.
- Organize and participate in client events, conferences, or seminars.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitors.
- Reasonable Ad hoc tasks within your scope of work.
To be successful in this position you will need:
- A personal philosophy and practical approach that is compatible with the Vacenti values which ensure respect for the dignity, privacy and individuality of residents and staff.
- Customer Service experience especially within hospitality or Business to Customer (B2C) sales.
- Highly developed communication skills (written and verbal) and effective interpersonal skills.
- High skill level in influencing non-direct reports with tasks.
- To be considered for this opportunity you must have the right to live and work in Australia. If you are successful, you will be required to obtain a national police clearance prior to commencement.
