About the organisation:

Our client is a leading provider of plan management services advocating for choice and control for people living with a disability. Working with support coordinators, providers and wider networks; they provide specialist individualised NDIS budget management.

About the role:

We are looking for dedicated Client Relationship Consultants who will be responsible for providing a range of administrative level support to ensure high standards of person-centred service delivery and for stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Establish and review routine budgets
  • Periodically liaise with clients regarding allocation of funding and importance of budgeting
  • Produce and distribute monthly budget reports at the request of clients.
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff
  • Accurate maintenance of client records
  • Comply with all Work, Health, and Safety policies and procedures
  • Comply with NDIS code of conduct

About you:

  • Working With Children Check WA & SA (or willing to obtain)
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (essential)
  • Previous community services experience (highly regarded)
  • Relevant experience in a customer service environment (call centre desirable)
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Ability to build relationships and provide client-centred service
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexibility with rostering and availability
