The Role
Based in Brisbane City, the position of Client Relationship Manager is an essential element of the Shadforth Financial Group (SFG) service delivery strategy. The role is primarily responsible for providing professional and administrative support to Private Wealth Advisers and high-quality service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients, and in many cases be the first point of contact
- Develop long-term rapport with your aligned clients and where appropriate, attend client meetings
- Provide the highest quality pro-active support to clients, Private Wealth Advisers and the Head Client Relationship Manager
- Perform administration functions including, but not limited to, XPLAN data management, preparation of client reports and Statements of Advice, as well as required paperwork and the subsequent management of implementation
- Manage incoming and outgoing client correspondence
- Adhere to our internal client and advice procedures
- Assist our Private Wealth Advisers and the Head Client Relationship Manager with key projects
