Do you have what it takes to become a Smartgroup Client Relationship Manager?
Reporting to the Regional Manager Client Services, you will join the Fleet B2B Sales team, and work closely with our business leaders and Business development team to ensure our strict deadlines are met to the highest level.
You will be involved in:
- Managing portfolio of Non-For-Profit, Government and Corporate clients of varying sizes
- Building a strong rapport and relationship with clients to ensure client satisfaction
- Ensuring a regular client contact and employee education program is agreed and in place
- Drawing on data to support analysis and recommendations to provide client insights
- Retaining core clients, ensure current contracts are in place and key contacts maintained.
- Identifying potential cross-sell opportunities and support business development
- Working closely with line manager drawing on client feedback, team feedback and industry changes to continuously prove our products and services
Who are you?
- B2B experience in Account Management / Client relationship role
- Proven track record around growing business opportunities, driving organic growth and delivering client satisfaction
- Ability to negotiate and network with key clients, stakeholders, and contacts
- Demonstrate track record on achieving growth targets and driving results
- Holding a driving license and have access to a car
- Fleet Industry experience strongly desirable.
