Client Service Administrator

Our client is a Chartered Accounting practice that provides a broad range of accounting, taxation and tailored professional advisory services. They take a pro-active approach to their clients long-term financial needs including structuring and restructuring, succession planning, superannuation and asset protection. They are on the lookout for a Client Service Administrator to assist the Client Manager and Practice Manager on a daily basis.
What you'll be doing:

• Maintaining all areas of Client Services administration for the teams clients

• Maintenance of data base & saving of correspondence where required

• General Client Service requests including calling the ATO as well as updating of the ATO agent portal

• Various ad-hoc client administration services where required

What you'll need:

• 3-5 years Administrative experience

• Experience working in an Accounting practice (highly considered)

• Knowledge of Xero (highly considered)
