Our Client, is currently seeking immediately available Mandarin Speakers for an ongoing full time temporary position in Sydney CBD. You will assist with various campaigns in a client service environment, representing a Global Firm.
To be considered you must be:
Immediately available: Start date - Wednesday 29th March
Working hours: 10am - 6pm or 11.00am - 7.00pm
Hourly rate: $38 per hour + Super
Fluent in: Mandarin and English, both written and verbal
Multiple roles available, which are likely to extend or convert - based on volumes and organic growth!
Duties will include:
Contacting clients and advisors via phone regarding policy changes with current terms
Provide updates in a confident and professional manner
Liaising internally with advisors, keeping them up to date as the project/campaign develops
Keeping scripts updated and generate supporting documentation
Effective daily management of escalations
Experience required:
Have previous Client Service experience within financial services, banking or investments
Confident phone manner and happy to engage with senior stakeholders
