About the Role

• Communicate effectively with MASS clients, government and non-government agencies, staff, suppliers and members of the community.
• Maintain manual and computerised information systems and databases.
• Maintain client manual and electronic information systems including coding, filing and client confidentiality.
• Manage aids and equipment supplies for MASS clients.
• Manage repairs and maintenance processes for aids and equipment of MASS clients where required.
• Make sound judgment according to the scheme's policies, procedures, principles and guidelines.
