Client Service Officer

Contract Length: 3 months from start date - possibility of extension
Location: Parramatta
Pay Rate: $35 / hour plus super

Our client administers Trusts & Estates where the organisation has been appointed the Trustee of trust funds and/or as Executor/Trustee of a Will, when someone else is appointed but asks our client to take over their role, or where someone dies without a valid Will (intestate).

The Client Service Officer (CSO) is part of a Client Service Team collectively responsible for delivering high quality, consistent and timely Trust and long-term Estate administration services. A CSO will typically manage a caseload of Trusts and Estates at various stages of administration.

Role Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high quality, consistent and timely Trust and long-term Estate administration services
• Manage work outputs and competing demands/priorities to generate favorable outcomes to clients
• Liaise with Trust and Estate stakeholders to identify information regarding assets, liabilities, tax etc. both verbally and in writing
• Liaise direct with the families/beneficiaries of an Trust and Estate matters
• Attend to transactional and minor accounting work

Applicant Skillset:

• Excellent interpersonal, client service and communication skills
• Experience in dealing with a diverse range of clients, professionals, staff and members of the community
• Ability to liaise with external and internal stakeholders
• High levels of customer service
• Investigative, analytical and problem solving skills

While no former Trust or Estate administration experience is necessary, it is highly desirable if the candidate has worked in legal or financial sectors
