Form of work We are seeking an eager Client Services Administrator who has a passion for providing excellent customer service. This role will involve regular weekly travel to support our Warren office two days per week.

Day to day, you will be supporting our Business Advisory team which includes: Partners, Managers, Accountants and the Client Services/Administration team. You will provide relief support to the reception team and provide exceptional client service. This role will involve regular weekly travel to our Warren office (two days per week).
What will your typical week look like?
General administration duties including lodging tax returns, managing ATO correspondence and ordering supplies
Managing client data, checking reports including timesheets, billings and expenses
Preparing client service agreements and collection of information for the delivery of tax engagements
Invoicing and WIP Management
Communicating effectively and in a timely basis with Advisers, Partners and Corporate staff and ensuring exceptional client service is always provided

Demonstrated experience using the Microsoft Suite
