Full time, permanent position for a Client Services Director to join a multi-award winning, international, digital ecommerce agency that has led the way in Australia for over 2 decades.

Work both strategically & tactically with clients to help them solve complex business problems and be an integral player in client relationships and growth. This position would see you make noticeable impact by increasing the agency's footprint in the e-com Australian market through business development and partnerships management. They are a Magento Enterprise/Adobe Commerce, Shopify Plus, Mirakl, WSO2, Akeneo and Google Premier partner.
Team:
The team have grown to 70+ people in Australia, with offices in Sydney & Melbourne. They are part of a global network of 350+ employees worldwide across USA & Europe. You'll be part of the executive management team of 6 reporting directly to the GM.
You'll work closely with the Head of Delivery, whilst being supported by the Partnerships Manager. They are a friendly, collaborative group, so someone with a good sense of humour will fit in well.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Working as an e-com account management / commercial role
- Handling large clients or global brands or multi-channel retailers (B2B / B2C space)
- Proven track record in new business wins
- Running financial reports, commercial dashboards, KPIs tracking
- Familiar with Australian e-commerce eco system (vendors, merchants, retailers)
- Familiar with the Scrum Framework, UX design/CX fundamentals
- Understanding of the full eCommerce product life cycle
- Knowledge of an eCommerce platform eg Adobe Magento, Shopify …
Job Requirements:
- Build and nurture Relationships with Clients (client service/account management/quarterly business review) for 6-10 key accounts
- Display excellent stakeholder engagement skills and develop a deep understanding of clients strategic and operational needs
- Drive client revenue and growth
- Master Budget forecasting/reporting and financial health oversight in tandem with General Manager
- Lead New business development activities (presales, tender/pitch process, lead generation)
- Handle Contract preparation/negotiation + SLA's agreements + SOW commercial approval
- Supervise partner relationships management (work with existing Partnerships Manager)
