The Opportunity
Join our team in Melbourne as a Customer Service Manager and be a key player in leading our Operations Team to provide exceptional customer service and oversee the smooth running of all document production areas.
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day printing and scanning operations while ensuring client satisfaction and on-time delivery through accurate planning and scheduling. You will also have the opportunity to improve efficiencies and provide valuable input into the sales activities of the branch.
We require a team player with a positive attitude who can manage people while meeting operational deadlines. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, proven ability to lead and manage a team, strong organizational, planning and problem-solving skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in a document or data processing environment will be highly regarded.
