About the Role
Arcare is looking for a Client Service Manager to liaise with potential clients and families, attending to enquiries, conducting tours, explaining the costs associated with entry to aged care and generally ensuring clients enjoy a welcoming experience and a comfortable transition in to the residence. In addition, the Client Service Manager is accountable for achieving maximum occupancy and Refundable Accommodation Deposits (RAD) sales, whilst providing support and assistance to the State Manager Client Services.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in a Sales (and/or) Customer Service position
- Previous Business Development experience (desirable)
- Ability to relate to the ageing clients and families at a stressful time
- Demonstrate a genuine caring attitude towards clients and families
- Must be solution focused
- Ability to build effective relationships with relevant key referral agencies such as hospitals and placement agencies
- Current Police Clearance and Statutory Declaration
- Current Drivers Licence
