About the company:
Unidex Healthcare delivers supports to the healthcare and disability industry, primarily attendant care and nursing services in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia. We are registered providers under the NDIS, NIISQ, Insurance Commission of Western Australia and a number of other funding schemes.
Unidex Healthcare is currently seeking a Client Relationship Coordinator to join our team in our Gold Coast office on a fulltime basis and immediate start.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Liaising with participants and specialists such as Speech Therapists, OT's, Physio's and Social Workers
Account management including the day-to-day participant or carer enquiries. Our expertise aligns with providing supports to individuals that have sustained spinal cord and brain injuries
Recruitment of staff (Support Workers, EN's and RN's)
Updating of files such as rosters, participant communication, and support worker documents
Providing excellent communication to all participant by anticipating and resolving issues in a timely manner
Ensure compliance and other organisational governance is upheld
Skills and Experience:
Experience in the recruitment/HR field
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously with differing levels of urgency
Able to perform well with tight deadlines and challenges
Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and accountability
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent analytical thinking and organization skills
