Due to my client’s continued growth and success, they are looking for a Client Services Managerwho will predominantly manage client relationships and business success. This is a diverse role where no two days will be the same as you will be consulting with many different clients and resolving different problems every day.

Who will you be working with?
You will be working with an insurance builder who provide residential and commercial insurance repair work. They have been in the industry for 26 years as a leading builder within the insurance and construction industry.

What will you be doing?
- Managing clients and their complaints and/or enquiries
- Responsible and accountable for strengthening and supporting business relationships with clients
- Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to Team Leaders
- Execute business strategies, striving for business success
- Approaching all tasks with a collaborative mindset that shows respect and empathy for the perspective and priorities of others
- Work closely with the State and Regional Managers on the delivery of client requirements and exceptional customer service

- Being an analytical thinker and planner
- Demonstrated stakeholder relationship management skills in the insurance industry
- You are a problem solver and can think out of the box to resolve problems
- Strive to get the best outcomes for clients and the business
