The main areas of focus are home loans, asset finance and personal loans however, we also work in the commercial and development lending space.

The role is a blend of customer service and loan processing. You will be the main point of contact for clients and will work with the broker on each particular file to come up with lending solutions. Each client is different and each lender has different lending guidelines; couple these with an extremely dynamic finance industry and you'll always learn something new.
This role suits someone who enjoys or studies finance and is looking for entry in to the industry or has been in the industry for some time!
NOTES:
Candidates will be required to perform an aptitude test.
This is a permanent role either part time or full time depending on what the applicant is looking for
Salary range is $50,000 - $65,000 + Super + Bonus
Requirements
Proven experience in client services or mortgage broking, preferably in a remote work environment.
A Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Familiarity with the Australian mortgage market and regulations.
