About the client:
Our client is a leading provider of printing services in Australia, with a large focus on the real estate sector. With a strong reputation for quality and customer service, they pride themselves on their ability to deliver exceptional products and services to their clients.
Based in East Perth, they are now seeking a highly motivated and skilled Client Services Officer to join their team based in East Perth on a full-time, permanent basis.
About the role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels as well as;
Processing client orders and ensuring accuracy of all order details
Providing product and service information to clients
Managing client accounts and updating client information
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
About you:
Our client is seeking an energetic and coachable person who will represent their brand by providing informative and excellent customer service and sales support. Experience in administration, sales and or customer support is needed.
You will possess the following attributes:
The ability to liaise with clients professionally via phone and email
A good problem solver while also being open to feedback from colleagues
Exhibit great attention to detail
