The role
Client Services Support Officers (CSSOs) assist in the delivery of key prison services that support and compliment operations at Western Plains Correctional Centre

- Gatehouse Customer Service
- Prisoner Canteen
- External stores
Your skills and experience
Whilst no formal qualification is required for this position, a history of customer service in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable. You will have a positive can-do outlook combined with a passion for good customer service and a solution focused attitude.
