SalaryMy client is a leading International Engineering/Project Management consultancy that specialises in full project management and advisory services. They assist in looking after complex infrastructure projects across a number of sectors working with public and private entities. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager with Data Centre experience.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Leader, you will be based in their Melbourne office. You will be responsible for the following –
- Client management and consultation
- Project Planning/Feasibility studies
- Risk Management
- Design Management and Value Engineering
- Procurement of construction services
- Delivery of construction services
- Cost control and cost reporting and superintendent
- Commissioning and post contract duties for handover
- Oversight and delivery of the project
- Qualifications in Construction Management/Project Management/Engineering or Architecture
- 3-8 years experience in Project Management either client-side or contractor
- Experience in Data Centre projects is a must!
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders/client groups
