Our boutique agency is looking for a caring and knowledgeable Client Support Coordinator, who is willing to provide a very personalised service and work with our clients on their specific goals to explore what options are available to them. Working remotely, from your home office, either 20+ hrs on a part time basis or full time (you decide), you will bring with you:
- A sound understanding of relevant legislation, NDIS procedural guidelines, and the full range of community services that may be required by participants.
- An understanding of the needs of people with Disability along with a sound knowledge of services available for people with Disability;
- Demonstrate practical experience in dealing with difficult clients and families experiencing stress, together with a willingness to take direction in certain circumstances.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, sound knowledge of the MS Office Suit and a bonus for experience with Nightingale (training will be provided for the right candidate).
- A self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to work at a fast pace with a high degree of accuracy and participant centric.
- High standards of ethical and professional behaviour whilst undertaking all duties in a diligent manner, with honesty and integrity.
- Adopt a can-do and proactive attitude to all duties assigned with a commitment to continuous improvement.
