Our client is an established organisation in the healthcare industry, focusing on community health services. They are looking for a dedicated and experienced Clinical Administrator to be an integral part of the team. The company are looking for a dedicated and experienced Clinical Administrator to be an integral part of the team, playing a pivotal role handling a wide range of tasks from switchboard management, data entry, taking notes and messages as well as providing general administration support to the team. This role is a 3-month temporary position and requires an immediate start!
The Role:
Key responsibilities within the role are as stated, but not limited to;
- Switchboard management
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Supporting the team where required with administrative tasks
- Data entry and record management
Your Profile
- Relevant industry experience as a Clinical Administrator working closely with senior management.
- Excellent written and verbal and communication skills
- Superb interpersonal skills, telephone, and email etiquette
