Currently seeking a CCC to join a supportive small - medium NFP Aged Care Facility in Drouin. This role will report to the CEO and will be working alongside another CCC.
The Benefits:
Monday - Friday 9-5 with the occasional Saturday (Penalties)
Attractive salary approx. $110K + Super + Packaging + Penalties
NFP organisation with full salary packaging
Small - Medium sized facility with a supportive team
Positive changes being implemented into the home - change of documentation system, rostering and accounting system
To be considered for this role, you will have:
Qualified Registered Nurse - Div 1 essential!
CCC experience in aged care
Excellent aged care clinical skills
Demonstrated leadership skills
Manage time efficiently
Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards and understanding of continuous improvement
Superior communication skills both written and verbal
Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and success in managing change
Essential Criteria:
AHPRA registration as an RN
Police check (current)
Covid- 19/Flu vaccinations
Experience in a similar role
Understanding of the current age care accreditation standards
Staff Management / overseeing a clinical team
