headspace is the National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12 to 25-year-olds. headspace provides young people support with mental health, physical health (including sexual health), alcohol and other drugs, as well as work and study. Clinical Centre Manager

Wesley Mission Queensland is seeking a Clinical Centre Manager for headspace Hervey Bay and Maryborough. The Clinical Centre Manager holds the key leadership position within the headspace team, providing oversight to coordination and delivery of clinical services, and is responsible for the overall quality development and delivery of WMQ headspace services in the Fraser Coast centres. The incumbent will lead development and ensure delivery of evidence-based and innovative mental health services of the highest quality.

The Clinical Centre Manager will, in partnership with the Senior Clinical Advisor, provide clinical support and guidance to all staff and Private Practitioners, ensuring staff are provided with adequate supervision. The Clinical Centre Manager will also provide operational management to the senior members of staff and provide oversight over their provision of line management to their team members. Supported by the Manager headspace Operations, the Clinical Centre Manager will be responsible for ensuring the centre meets all contractual and compliance obligations.

Essential Requirements Essential: Must have a current Drivers licence and willingness to drive in the course of work.
Essential: List your approved Tertiary Qualification in Allied Health discipline such as Social Work, Psychology, and Occupational Therapy
