Remuneration value up to $483 696 p.a. (L25-L27), Remuneration value up to $445 297 (L18 - L24), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%), annual leave loading (17.5%), professional development allowance, motor vehicle allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., plus private practice arrangements

Purpose of the role
The purpose of the role is to ensure development and maintenance of specialist health services to the Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service, ensuring appropriate, effective, efficient, integrated, safe clinical services in accordance with contemporary standards. The role provides Clinical Leadership and assumes overall Clinical Responsibility for the Orthopaedics Department.
Your opportunity
We are looking for a Clinical Director Orthopaedics to provide professional oversight and leadership of clinical services, support for clinical staff and to facilitate the delivery of high-quality care to patients of the Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service.
