The Women's & Children's Health Network provides state of the art health care for women, babies, children and young people across South Australia. BloodSafe eLearning Australia is an award-winning, online education and training resource for health professionals in Australia.
The program is based in the Centre for Education and Training within the Women's and Children's Health Network. Specialising in clinical transfusion practice and patient blood management, this dynamic initiative offers engaging eLearning courses for health professionals nationwide.

The Opportunity
Join the team at Bloodsafe eLearning as a Clinical Education Project Officer (RN3). In this role, you will play a key part in developing and promoting educational courses in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse learning needs for planned courses.
- Develop eLearning content with input from various teams.
- Build and maintain a network of health professionals nationally.
- Coordinate multimedia input and manage course production.
- Plan and coordinate video and photography needs for courses.
- Contribute to the development and execution of a promotional strategy.
- Promote the eLearning program at conferences.
- Mentor and coach health professionals in using the eLearning modules.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the program.
- Review and update existing content for accuracy.
- Manage relationships with clinical and professional contacts.
About You
Qualifications and Skills:
- Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse or Midwife.
- Minimum 3 years of post-registration nursing and/or midwifery experience.
- Experience in delivering and developing clinical teaching sessions.
- Knowledge of clinical transfusion practice and/or patient blood management.
- Familiarity with adult education principles and quality improvement systems.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility, creativity, and innovation in problem-solving.
- Effective communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
