SalaryWe provide occupational therapy, physiotherapy and speech pathology services for people aged 16+ living in Victoria. Our services are provided in the community or our client's homes, we work with funding bodies such as the NDIS and My Aged Care as well as with private fee-paying services.
PURPOSE OF POSITION
Our Clinical Lead positions play an important role in ensuring we're providing the latest evidencebased services and doing them well! That is, our services are of the highest quality. This includes building and maintaining the clinical capacity of our clinical team members to work with certain client groups, facilitating the transition of evidence to practice and with support from the Clinical Director, exploring quality and research projects - to be able to do things even better!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - CLINICAL LEADERSHIP
Clinical support : provide ad hoc clinical support to team members regarding disability conditions and interventions, for example if they encounter a challenging clinical situation or condition.
Professional development (PD) : facilitate inter-disciplinary and/or discipline-specific professional development opportunities to build capacity to provide high quality disability therapy services. Provide suggestions or recommendations to address individual professional development needs, (if applicable).
Development of clinical resources : to facilitate clinical competency and efficiencies, and to support ATS policies and procedures.
