About the role
Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Clinical Manager for their aged care facilities in Regional Queensland on a permanent basis with sponsorship and relocation options available.
Key responsibilities include:
Implement and develop care plans for residents based on their specific needs
Provide supervision and leadership to a team of healthcare professionals
Deliver specialised nursing care collaborating with other healthcare professionals including physicians, therapists and other members of the allied health team
Document residents care activities, assessments, and outcomes
Be a strong clinical leader and mentor to Nursing staff
To be successful in the role you will have:
Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
Demonstrated experience in a Clinical Manager with a minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role
Ability to build strong working relationships within a multi-disciplinary clinical team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Current National Police Clearance and NDIS clearance
Valid flu vaccination and COVID-19 vaccination history essential
