Address Randstad Health and Social Care has partnered with a well known not for profit aged care provider to support the recruitment of a Clinical Nurse within their aged care facility.
Working alongside the service manager you will be responsible for roster management,collaboration with both internal and external health care team members and ongoing review of strategies for service improvement within the facility. To ensure residents receive safe adequate care, you will oversee and assist with clinical care delivery as well as being responsible for the formation and review of nursing care plans and funding submissions for each resident. You will be an experienced nurse with wound management and clinical documentation skills. Located just an hour's drive from Brisbane this opportunity requires an individual who has the ability to provide clinical mentorship and leadership to the nursing and wider care team.
Requirements:
Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Full work rights within Australia (NIL sponsorship provided)
Minimum of 3 years experience within the aged care setting
Post graduate study (desirable)
Effective communication and leadership skills
Understanding of the AN-ACC funding and aged care accreditation standards
A valid police and NDIS working screening clearance or be willing to obtain
Full clean driving licence
