About the role

About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Respond appropriately to, and provide support and direction to manage, sudden alterations in the patient's health status using advanced nursing/midwifery assessment and intervention skills.
- Collaborate with interprofessional colleagues and targeted stakeholders within the BCWH to operationalise strategic objectives and develop, implement, and evaluate quality governance and risk management frameworks.
- Support an evidence-based learning environment and participate in learning activities/opportunities for self and others.
- Participate in, and support the performance and development planning of self and others.
- Integrate organisational policies and guidelines with professional standards by maintaining current knowledge and participating in relevant policy review.
