ABOUT THE ROLE
The Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC), Complex Care and Frequent User Program, is an expert practitioner in mental health, drug and alcohol and/or chronic and Complex Care, responsible for implementing and evaluating a range of clinical interventions that provide alternative ways for patients to safely self-manage their health needs without frequently using NSW Ambulance.
Advanced leadership in supporting the Manager in the development, expansion and evaluation of the Complex Care and Frequent User Program will be an integral part of the CNC role. Please refer to the Role Description and Position Conditions and General Info for further information.
