Position Classification: Clinical Nurse Specialist Gde 2
Remuneration: $55.45 - $57.27 per hour

In this role, you'll coordinate and deliver high quality nursing care in accordance with relevant standards, policies and procedures. You'll work in collaboration with the broader multidisciplinary diabetes team to provide a coordinated, high quality diabetes service in both community and inpatient settings.
If you're registered with AHPRA as an RN and have:
- A postgraduate qualification in Diabetes Management (recognised by the ADEA), at least 3 years’ clinical experience in the field of diabetes and are credentialed by ADEA as a Diabetes Educator
- Ability to apply advanced clinical expertise and decision-making skills that support good patient care outcomes
- Clinical leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary framework
- Experience in high level assessment of clients (inpatient and community based) with complex diabetes conditions including Type 1 and Type 2; Gestational Diabetes and complications associated with diabetes
- Demonstrated commitment to excellence in nursing practice, education and your own professional development
