Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation; Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders; colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them.
- Full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist with a Master's degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, relevant clinical area in psychology AND Post graduate experience
- Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated computer literacy.
- Skills and or experience in consultation with and supervision of peers.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in the use of therapies such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Insight Oriented Psychotherapy.
- Demonstrated skills in working with families.
