Our Central Coast clinic is seeking a Practice Principal to support our Psychologists and take us to the next level of community based service provision. Reporting to our newly appointed Director of Clinical Quality & Clinician Relationships, this role will be based in our spacious and contemporary clinic in Erina. You will be a part of national growing team of clinical leaders within Ramsay Psychology. A large part of your role will be client facing, and you will play a key role in clinical consultation and supervision to other clinicians both locally and across the country. This role can be full time or part time.
Your role
Provide advice to leadership team on clinical quality at the site
Provide advice to leadership team on new clinical programs and services that could be added to the suite of services
Be a Clinical Consultant and mentor to the team of Registered and Clinical Psychologists providing advice and support as needed
Manage a clinical case load (face to face and telehealth)
Impromptu supervision for complex cases
Provide 1:1 and small group supervision sessions (face to face or zoom) to Psychologists across different sites
Work in collaboration on projects across the country and with other Clinical Leaders of Ramsay Psychology

About You
Ability to develop rapport and trust with Psychology Contractors who work independently
Demonstrated ability to act as Clinical Consultant to Psychologists
A Team player who works collaboratively with the Practice Manager and wider leadership team
A strategic thinker who contributes to continuous improvement, helps identify issues and solutions that will benefit current and future Ramsay Psychology clinics
Registered with the Psychologists’ Board of Australia and endorsed as a Clinical Psychologist
Completion of Psychology Board approved supervisor training program with experience as a Clinical Supervisor
Experience within Private Practice highly regarded but not essential.
