Clinical Research Nurse – Advanced Interventions in Mood Disorders Clinic

This position involves collaboration on a range of clinical and research activities within the AIM Clinic. Responsibilities will encompass Clinical Research nursing duties across various research projects focused on novel pharmacotherapies for mood disorders and related research. At the AIM Clinic Ketamine Treatment Service, this role will involve the delivery of patient care during assessments and treatments, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Your new role:
- Assisting with the provision of ketamine treatments, assessments and administrative duties within the AIM Clinic Ketamine Treatment Service
- Providing information, support and care to consumers receiving ketamine treatment, as well as their carers and/or support people
- Providing patient care and performing Clinical Research nursing duties across a number of research projects in accordance with study protocols, including treatment administration, post-treatment monitoring and care, and phlebotomy
- You have experience working as a nurse in a mental health clinical and research setting
- You have excellent organisation, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- You have demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
