THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will be based in Canberra, ACT.
Become the "go-to" person for complex orthopaedic trauma operations
Liaise with registrars, surgeons, surgical staff to discuss pre-operative plans
Opportunity to apply clinical knowledge, educate and run workshops
Ensure high service standards are consistently achieved
Work in an extremely fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Build partnerships while providing technical and clinical/surgical support in the operating theatre
ABOUT YOU:
You are a Physiotherapist, Nurse, Chiropractor, Personal Trainer, Exercise Physiologist or Osteopath seeking transition into the medical device industry
Ability to operate effectively in multidisciplinary teams
Resilient and can thrive in a high-pressure setting
Keen attention to detail and desire to learn highly-technical procedures
Critical, out-of-the-box thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
Passionate and driven to succeed
High work ethic
Willing to work outside of standard business hours
Ability to apply clinical knowledge to provide business solutions and positive patient outcomes
Available to be on an on-call rotation roster (8-10 times per year)

Base pay dependent on experience + car allowance + super + KPI-based bonuses - (up to $120k overall package + super)
