A Day in the Life
Support theatre cases and provide training and education effectively to all clinical end users and hospital staff on our products – products updates, trial and in-services.
Ensure the highest level of product and technical knowledge is attained and maintained
Identify, establish, and maintain productive working relationships with key customers.
Work individually and as part of the wider team to establish and foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders
Recognize and understand competitive products, features, strengths in relation to the company’s products
Gather market intelligence by observation, discussion or research.
Provide regular, meaningful and concise reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve or exceed sales targets while maintaining a professional image for Medtronic in the marketplace
Actively seek to develop and expand on territory management and selling skills
Must Haves
Mandatory- Degree qualification
Several jurisdictions across Australia have established mandatory requirements for healthcare workers and others working in health care settings to be vaccinated with at least two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine. To be eligible to apply and be considered for this role, Medtronic Australasia requires candidates to meet the conditions of the relevant and current Government directions (including Public Health Orders). The successful candidate will be required to provide evidence of vaccination before an appointment.
