About the role
The Learning and Teaching Directorate Transition to Practice team support novice learners such as Graduates RN, ENs, Early Career Nurses and RUSONs in their transition period in employment in our public health service. As a Clinical Support Nurse in our team you will work with the novice learners, to support their growth, competence and confidence in their roles. You will also assist in the recruitment process for the Graduate Program.
We currently have 2 positions available: * Permanent, Full Time Position
- 12-Month Part Time Position
About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
- Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
- Experience supporting novice nurses
- Ability to work across multiple clinical settings and Eastern Health sites
- A strong commitment to high quality care
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role. An offer of employment is conditional on you providing evidence that you are currently vaccinated against COVID-19 with booster & Influenza, prior to commencing employment.
