South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking a reliable and patient focused individual to effectively support Emergency Department staff in non-clinical and supervised low level clinical tasks in the position of Clinicians Assistant.
The role includes transport of patients to various areas within the organisation, general up keep of the Emergency Department, including general and specialised cleaning of cubicles and other areas of the department. Stocking and restocking of supplies, linen and equipment. Internal couriering, for example pathology and Pharmacy items. Assisting staff with low level patient care.
The position is available in a part time capacity ranging from 42 to 56 hours per fortnight. Casual applications may also be considered.

The successful applicant will have the ability to work morning and evening shifts including weekends, role model the South West Healthcare values and have good interpersonal and communication skills while also working in a multidisciplinary team. The role will demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining professional confidentiality and remaining customer focused at all times.
