Form of work My client is a niche insurance provider, based in Sydney CBD, that boasts a fantastic work culture reliant on team work.
Due to their ambitious growth plans, they have a newly created position become available for a specialist Engineer with skills across Azure Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps.
The ideal candidate for the role will have a strong cloud infrastructure background working in Azure with the ability to build new environments.
Whilst most of the role will be project based, there is still an expectancy that the contractor will assist when required with L3 support.
On offer will be an initial 12 month contract with further opportunities beyond.
Key skills required for the role:
Strong track record working with Azure Cloud, in particular building new environments.
Strong administering and deployment 'Azure DevOps' skills
Strong automation ability - PowerShell preferred
Good all round Azure Infrastructure experience including: Storage, NSG, VM, Security, IAM, Vault, Defender, Cost
Agile way of working
Strong troubleshooting and L3 Support capability
Hands-on and knowledge sharing ability - This role requires the candidate to be the Cloud & DevOps SME
Hybrid working - 2/3 days in CBD office
