A little bit about the role:
At Endeavour Foundation, we aspire to support people with a disability who want to develop skills and experience within a community, home, or work environment by matching supports to individuals and providing a range of programs that enable personal goals and outcomes.
The purpose of this role is to support the ICT Infrastructure systems in line with Endeavour Foundation’s strategic direction to Cloud adoption while driving continuous improvement in our systems, within agreed service levels to deliver an enhanced customer and employee experience. The role will help to foster the relationship the ICT Division has with key stakeholders and supplier partners by contributing to and supporting technology transformation through designing, implementing, and managing secure, scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure environment.
Oversee Servers and Cloud Services, Office O365, Microsoft Azure, management and maintenance of cloud services alerts and related issues.
Manage operating systems incidents, physical and virtual servers, resolve incidents and problems including working with vendors to manage communications and escalation.
Ensure that all relevant data is properly collected and stored. This can include server’s performance metrics, server status and both planned and unplanned system outages.
Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting to the Team Leader to demonstrate improvements in key service metrics over time.
Implement approved standards, processes, and procedures ensure the right software and tools are in place to manage the infrastructure including software and systems monitoring, software patching and configuration management tools.
Provide reporting on trend analysis that can be used to identify problems and service improvement opportunities.
Creating network documentation and diagrams.

Experience with serverless deployment, maintenance, and associated tool chain
Bash experience
Ability to maximize knowledge transfer through the production of high-quality process documentation
Strong problem investigation and diagnosis skills
Working knowledge of ITIL disciplines
