AddressHunt Hospitality is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated people to join our team at The Kent Hotel as Casual Bar Attendants/ Mixologists. We're a bustling venue amid exciting renovations to our main bar, gearing up to deliver an unforgettable experience to our patrons. As we gear up for our grand reopening, we're on the lookout for passionate and customer-centric individuals with knowledge of mixology and cocktails to fill an exciting new opportunity in our Bar Team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience as a bartender or Cocktail Bar Attendant is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage service standards.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of cocktails, adhering to standard recipes and guest preferences, while showcasing creativity and flair.
- Engage with patrons to provide recommendations, answer questions, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar, including stocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and sanitising surfaces.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and smooth operations during busy periods.
- Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations regarding alcohol service, responsible service practices, and health and safety protocols.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
