AddressThis position is responsible for delivering coffee, building & maintaining customer relationships and troubleshooting barista & equipment enquiries for cafe partners across Melbourne and wider Victoria.

Responsibilities:
Delivering weekly coffee orders to our café and industry partners on Tuesday and Wednesday
Cultivate positive and strong relationships with our existing café and industry partners
Support baristas to troubleshoot coffee issues (eg; grind adjustment, brew recipe)
Preventative maintenance during delivery run or scheduled works (eg; seals, screens)
Navigate assigned routes and adhere to time schedules
Record deliveries in POD system
Barista Training role available for an experienced candidate
We are looking for someone with:
A passion for specialty coffee
Coffee industry experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
A highly motivated and positive attitude
Exceptional attention to detail
An ability to develop and implement strategies to improve business efficiencies
A clean and full Australian Drivers Licence (manual licence required)
