Form of work About the role
The Collateral Management Officer plays an important role in ensuring completeness of collateral information across the Enterprise. Reporting to the Collateral Management Team Manager, you will be responsible for:
Reviewing the completeness of the Security information in source systems and security files
Validating that the security information in the Letter of Offer matches the documented Credit approval
Verifying documentation held against the signed Letter of Offer for completeness
Rectifying missing or incorrect details in the source systems
This is a full time, fixed-term contract starting asap and ending October 2023 and will be based in Bendigo, VIC. As this roles deals with paper based documents, you will be required to work in the office every day. Flexible work options are available.
About you
We are seeking people who are methodical, with excellent attention to detail, and the following:
Background in file management or documentation
Proactive approach to high volume workload
Knowledge of lending or settlements - highly regarded
Loan documentation experience - highly regarded
