Due to an increase of work our client is growing and are looking for more talented customer service focused people to join their growing company.
The role requires strong customer service skills to ring existing customers reqarding their accounts to discuss and negotiate a payment arrangement.
You will need to based in Brisbane and be able to work at least one day either per week or fortnight from the office.
Training will be in the office and then transition to Work from home.
You will be a great communicator and relationship builder, you’re passionate about caring for customers. You are self-motivated, compassionate, optimistic and you pride yourself on delivering exceptional results.
We have a number of different shifts and days available. We are happy to look at part-time and full-time hours between the range of 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm, Saturday and Sunday.
- Monday to Friday
- Tuesday to Saturday
- Sunday to Thursday
- Negotiate arrangements to recover outstanding debts in full or arrange a suitable payment plan via high volume inbound/outbound calls
- Maintain accurate account records, ensuring all customer information is up to date
- Adhere to all legislative guidelines and achieve individual KPI's / team targets
- Providing high level customer service in line with client requirements
- A proven track record in customer service (Retail/Hospitality) and or call centre environment
- Professional telephone manner with outstanding communication skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving ability
- Your own computer (monitor & keyboard) to be able to work from home
- Comfortable working independently as well as within a team
