The Role
In line with the continued growth of our business in Australia and internationally, we are looking for a Project Finance Administrator either in our Sydney or Melbourne office to support the day-to-day operations of the APAC Finance Team.

Key duties will include:
- System super user:
- Assist Project Teams with system maintenance of projects
- Provide training
- Assist Project Managers with the following:
- Maintaining budgets
- Project plans
- Tracking labour
- Tracking variations & Purchase Orders
- Invoicing
- Revenue recognition
- Project reporting
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a professional services and/or consultancy environment.
- Experience working with integrated management information systems.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Outstanding organisational skills, a strong ability to prioritise competing demands, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Experience in taking instructions from multiple stakeholders, while also managing expectations and taking pride in the consistent delivery of an excellent service
- Strong attention to detail.
- Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Working autonomously and managing confidential information.
