A family-oriented business, Property Maintenance Plus are currently seeking healthy, reliable and motivated cleaners to service residential apartment buildings around Adelaide to the highest professional standard.
PMP is looking for a multi-skilled, hands-on team player individual with excellent people skills who loves just getting the job done with pride and a smile within a residential apartment complex environment.
This is an ideal opportunity to create a steady income stream as a Casual position working 20 to 40 hours per week during business hours over a 7-day roster.

Location:
- Based in Keswick with work sites at various locations in the Adelaide Metropolitan area.
The Job:
- Following Professional level cleaning practices to a high standard, attention to detail is a must.
- Operating supplied cleaning equipment to common areas of residential apartment buildings
- Cleaning lifts and outdoor areas including car parks
- Identify and report maintenance items.
The ideal candidate:
- Commence immediately
- Good quality spoken and written English skills
- Reliable, honest, high ethical and professional standards including COVID-19 safe practice.
- Regular access to a reliable motor vehicle to travel with equipment to various sites.
- Proven ability to work as an independent professional individual within a family team environment
- Access to mobile phone and an excellent communicator

- Proven experience in commercial cleaning by providing 3 work-based references with email address (workplace only) and direct phone number.
- Prove identity with Passport, Birth Certificate or Australian Citizenship certificate.
- Police Check (within last 12 months)
